Pilates & Whole-Body Movement

Restore alignment, balance, and strength through the precision of the Pilates Method. This evidence-based movement system enhances posture, aligns the spine, reduces pain, releases physical tension, and builds resilience—ideal for professionals managing long hours at desks or on screens. Geneviève designs private, small to mid -sized group sessions to improve core strength and stability, balance, mobility, and focus—helping participants navigate the day with less stress and greater overall ease.

This program introduces the seven biological responses to stress and the proven techniques to shift from the tension of the fight/flight response to emotional and mental balance.
