Pilates Professional Mentoring
1:1 Mentoring for certified Pilates teachers, Pilates teachers in training, and studio owners. Mentoring offers support and coaching for Pilates professionals, providing the space to enhance their teaching and movement skills and offering support in all areas of their practice and business.
From verbal and physical cueing to regressing and progressing any movement from the Pilates repertoire to working with clients experiencing chronic pain or post-surgical recovery, mentoring allows you the time to focus on your teaching, your business, and your Pilates practice.
For Pilates teachers, teachers in training, and studio owners, receiving support is crucial, and that's where I can help. You'll receive advice and support on various business topics, including establishing a new studio and managing employees to corporate contracts, program creation, pricing, and delivery.

4-day Weekend Retreats

- $2500 preferred pricing for Body Fundamentals’ current clientele (either Pilates or 1:1 Consulting clients)
- Tailored pricing for Corporate & Wellness Resort clients based on location and group size. (*10-person minimum required)
Available in person in the Catalina Foothills or via Zoom.
Single Session Consult $399 (90 Minutes)
Six-month program $249 per month, 1(sixty minute) session per month, over 6 months
Four-month program $300 per month, 1(sixty-minute) session per month over 4 months.
Meditation & Mindfulness
Private Meditation Intensive: $295 (75 minutes)
Meditation Intensive Package (Advance Payment): $999/ including 4, (sixty-minute) sessions
Meditation & Mindfulness Live Immersion: 4 weeks of in-person (ninety minutes) each class $795pp
Meditation 90-minute Group Classes (Advance Payment): $100 per person- (Held at Body Fundamentals Tucson studio)

Policies
Sessions:
- All classes & sessions are by appointment only.
- Payment for a new series is required at the last class of your current series.
- All series must be used within 6 months of purchase.
- All classes, sessions, and series are non-refundable & non-transferable.
Pilates Privates & Semis are 50 minutes.
1:1 Lifestyle Consulting & Meditation sessions are 60, 75, and 90 minutes depending on your purchase and package.
Payment Options:
Please note that as of August 1, 2025, all credit card payments will include a separate 3% surcharge for merchant credit costs. To avoid that cost, you have the option of paying with cash, check, or via Zelle. Thank you for understanding.

Cancellation Policy
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. There is no charge for appointments canceled 24 hours ahead of time. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours ahead of time will be charged the full fee.
Standing Time Policy:
Body Fundamentals offers the following options regarding holding standing appointment times:
- BF will hold your standing time pilates private session as a courtesy for six (6) consecutive weeks at no cost to you.
- Semi-private pilates session times will be held through prior arrangement with your semi-private session partner and your teacher.
- Should you be unavailable or out of town for longer than the six (6) consecutive weeks, BF will hold your standing time for a flat fee of $275.00 per month (whether you have one (1) or more standing appointments per week).
- If you choose not to hold your standing time(s) and will be unavailable or out of town for longer than six (6) weeks, we will do our best to find a new time for you upon your return.
Children:
Due to the nature of our equipment and the potential danger, children under 12 are permitted in the studio by invitation only. We appreciate your understanding.
Returned Checks:
There is a $35.00 fee for all checks returned for insufficient funds.
