I Love to share

As a Lebanese American I grew up watching and learning to cook fresh food from my Sittees (Grandmother in Ararbic),  Aunts, and always, my Mother. Delicious fresh food was and is an essential part of our culture and life. We jokingly like to say in our family "It's all about the next meal!"

I love cooking, baking, and especially, eating! I also love to share recipes, cooking, and shopping tips and practices.

If you're looking for a healthy breakfast alternative, try this millet, or quinoa, or brown rice. All heart healthy, low glycemic, and easy to make.
