Where did the Optimal Lifestyle program originate?

In order for my clients to effectively and more easily benefit from the knowledge and experience I've gained from my many years as a Chopra Health Educator and Ayurvedic Consultant, I developed a formalized program that is methodical and comprehensive. The Optimal Lifestyle program is grounded in the science of Ayurveda and integrated with modern healing modalities.
