Where did the Optimal Lifestyle program originate?

I developed a customized and comprehensive program for my clients to more easily benefit from the knowledge and experience I've gained from my many years as an Integrative Health Coach and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant.

Grounded in the science and wisdom of Ayurveda and integrated with modern healing modalities, this process provides you with the tools to enhance your physical, emotional, and mental well-being while optimizing your health.

My own health struggles with joint pain,  multiple injuries and injury recovery, and managing chronic pain inspired me to find holistic practices to stay in balance and feel better.

Eating a whole-foods diet, getting proper sleep, practicing effective stress management, engaging in regular exercise, and having a supportive and aligned community are vital to enjoying optimal health.
